What is the difference between the flavors?

All three flavors—Unami, Aroma, and Dopamine—are crafted from the same quality ingredients, differing only in the amount of chili peppers included in each.

  • Unami (Mild): Ideal for those who are new to spicy foods and are looking to gradually build their tolerance. It offers a gentler introduction to the heat.

  • Aroma (Medium): Perfect for those who are comfortable with heat and are looking to eat more of it.

  • Dopamine (Hot): Formulated with a clinically recommended dosage of capsaicin, this flavor is designed to help reduce gut sensitivity. Our 6-week protocol is to take 2-3 tsp per day with meals.

Can I eat Redbloom if I have IBS?

Yes, Redbloom is designed for those with IBS. Our Founder & CEO has IBS and created Redbloom so that we no longer have to wake up every day to eat bland food, powders, pills, and gummies while experiencing flare-ups.

In a recent empirical study, 94% of participants (including IBS patients) reported Redbloom helps them ease digestive discomfort after meals. Moreover, they've noticed a positive impact on their gut, with regular and cleaner bowel movements the following day. Read Study

We also publish new recipes every week and go into depth on our cooking show.

For Healing: Go on the 6-week clinical protocol made practical: Take one tsp of Dopamine 2-3 times per day with meals. If you are new to spicy, start on Umami and work your way up.

How does redbloom reduce gut sensitivity?

Capsaicin (from chili peppers) are clinically proven to reduce gut sensitivity in 6 weeks, but can be painful in the beginning. We microencapsulate capsaicin with oleic acid (from avocado oil) to prevent the flare-ups in the short-term, allowing the capsaicin to reduce visceral hypersensitivity in the long-term.

TLDR; Redbloom creates a cushion for your pain receptors, allowing your gut to reap the benefits of spiciness without the pain. You can read more about our science here

Why is Redbloom Priced Premium?

Redbloom's unique blend uses high-quality, organic Avocado and MCT Oil. Just 1 tbsp of Redbloom requires cold-pressing 4 avocados and 1 coconut.

This is 10x the cost of inflammatory seed oils, which only takes 1/4 cup of soybeans to yield 1 tbsp. Our commitment to quality and 16 clinically-backed whole ingredients ensures unparalleled effectiveness and purity in every jar

Why do I normally experience spicy consequences?

Spicy compounds naturally bind to the pain receptors in the gut, tricking the body into thinking that it is in pain, creating the creating the sensation of inflammation. In fact, spicy compounds are anti-inflammatory and will desensitize the pain receptors over time and reduce gut sensitivity.

Pills, powders, and gummies can be artificial, bad tasting, and may lead to side effects.
