All three flavors—Umami, Aroma, and Dopamine—are crafted from the same quality ingredients, differing only in the amount of chili peppers included in each.
Umami (Mild): Ideal for those who are new to spicy foods and are looking to gradually build their tolerance. It offers a gentler introduction to the heat.
Aroma (Medium): Perfect for those who are comfortable with heat and are looking to eat more of it.
Dopamine (Hot): Formulated with a clinically recommended dosage of capsaicin, this flavor is designed to help reduce gut sensitivity. Our 6-week protocol is to take 2-3 tsp per day with meals.

How does redbloom reduce gut sensitivity?
